Three Eastern District games were postponed Jul 10 due to inclement weather. Due to these cancellations the playoff formats for these series were modified. These modifications were necessary to give the remaining teams a chance earn a spot to the Eastern State Qualifier by their performance on the field of play.  The District Playoff  became SINGLE ELIMINATION. The second spot in the Eastern State Qualifier will be given to the non-qualifying team from the District Playoff group with the most Jr. Legion wins to date. Wilson wins the District Playoffs (Single elimination) and the Cary Bulls (38-4) advance to the Eastern State Qualifier based on record.

Eastern Qualifying Tournament (Double Elimination, 4 teams advance)

Two At-Large teams also advance to the State Qualifier
#1 - the non-qualifying team with the most total wins
#2 - the team with the highest winning percentage (minimum 20 games played)
