Eastern State Qualifier Tournament(Double Elimination, 4 teams advance)
If weather causes cancellation of one day's games, the tournament will continue with the necessary modification of game times. 
If weather causes cancellation of two day's games, the tournament will revert to single elimination
with the WINNERS OF Games 10, 11 & 12 ADVANCING along with the highest seeded non-qualifier
If more than two days of games are cancelled due to weather, the tournament will be terminated and the top 4 seeds will advance.
